日本东京工业大学关于申请2019日本政府奖学金项目的通知如下，学生可自行选择申请两个项目之一进行报名。申请成功且获得正式邀请函的学生请关注浙江大学“2019年国家公派研究生项目”的申报时间和程序参加评选。通过国家留学基金委的审核并被录取后，国家留学基金将资助一次往返国际旅费和在外期间的奖学金生活费，资助标准及方式按照国家有关规定执行。

We arewriting to inform you of the Japanese Government Scholarship programs for thosestudents who are planning on earning their degrees at Tokyo Tech. Successfulapplicants can start their study from September 2019.

Tokyo Tech offers the following two programsfor which graduate-level students can apply.

Interested students can apply for either ofthese programs, but it is not possible to apply to both programssimultaneously.

1) Research Student Program

For the Research Student Program startingfrom September 2019, MEXT scholarship recipients will enroll in Tokyo Tech asResearch Students (non-degree students).

Scholarship recipients who have demonstratedexcellent academic achievement and who have passed the entrance examination forApril 2021 or earlier may be eligible to enroll in Tokyo Tech's master's or doctoralprograms and to extend the duration of the MEXT Scholarship under certainconditions.

2) International Graduate Program A [IGP (A)]
