On July 19, Dr. Gabriel Pollen, Permanent Secretary of Zambia’s Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, visited Zhejiang University and met with six Zambian students. They discussed China’s modernization experience and digital economy, encouraging students to apply their knowledge to Zambia’s sustainable development.
