On May 13, President of Zhejiang University Ma Yanming met with a delegation led by University of Ottawa President Jacques Frémont at the Zijingang Campus. President Ma highlighted Zhejiang University's commitment to global engagement and close ties with Canadian institutions in engineering, computer science, and medicine. President Frémont expressed eagerness to enhance exchanges and joint research, especially in areas like AI governance. Both sides agreed to tackle with global challenges together.
