On September 28, Prof. WU Zhaohui, president of Zhejiang University, and Prof. Rik Van de Walle, rector of Ghent University, signed a university-level double PhD agreement virtually. Prof. LI Min, director of the Zhejiang University Office of Global Engagement, presided over the meeting.
