On August 3, Zhejiang University held asymposium to study the important guiding principles of General Secretary XiJinping’s instructions on graduate education and the guiding principles ofPremier Li Keqiang. At the same time, members of ZJU had also introduced thenational Conference on Graduate Education, and conveyed the guiding principlesof Vice Premier Sun Chunlan's speech and Minister Chen Baosheng's speech.

Yan Jianhua, the vice President, noted thatwe should persist in educating people through every procedure of postgraduateeducation, educating people for the Party and the country.

Wu Xiaocheng, Deputy Secretary of theUniversity Party Committee, also pointed out that General Secretary Xi’sopinion would be studied systematically to improve the university’s cultivationof graduate education.
